A view of the live session in progress

For months, I struggled with self-doubt and uncertainty on LinkedIn, desperately trying to find my niche. Despite taking numerous courses and applying for various roles, I faced the catch-22 of needing experience to gain experience. This feeling of isolation and lack of guidance left me questioning my path.

However, everything changed when I discovered the power of personal branding. This journey helped me find my voice and build my brand, allowing me to attract opportunities instead of chasing them. I realized that many others might be facing similar struggles, and that’s why I decided to share my story and insights through a collaborative event with Cynthia Ejikeme, Fayima Godiya Emmanuel, and Lawson Obazenu.

Transitioning from Online Learning to Real-World Project Management

One of the most common challenges after completing online courses is figuring out the next steps. Questions like “How do I put all this knowledge to use?”, “How do I gain real-world experience?”, and “How do I get noticed by potential employers?” can be overwhelming. To address these concerns, we organized an event featuring three amazing experts: Cynthia Ejikeme, Lawson Obazenu, Fayima Godiya Emmanuel, and myself. We shared actionable steps and personal experiences to help participants transition smoothly from online learning to real-world project management.
